Jackal Sapphire and Jackal Pro are both legal and overseas release. It may be wise for Motiv to release them stateside or do a different version of those balls since they are legal.

Do they have the same core as the Jackal and the Carnage?

If the core is the same and the specs (RG Diff = .060") are the same, I do not see how the USBC can not ban these 2 balls also. To my eyes, as things stand right now, it would irrational and illogical not to ban any balls with that exact core.

USBC can't just go to the local pro shop or distributor and pick up a case for testing.
