Just got my new SR2's.Time to drill them up and use them this weekend in
practice and tournaments.Must say the surface is a lot shinier than I thought.
The surface is more polished than anything MOTIV has had so far.Overall great
looking ball.
Time to play!!!

So far,so good.I must say this MOTIV has been a success in practice, league and
tournament play.Used the SR2 at the JTBA Adult- Youth Doubles Tournament
yesterday in Toledo, OH, with my junior partner Brianne Schmansky of Westland,MI.We won the tournament.I'm always glad to to have Brianne as my
doubles parnter. She just won the Metro Detroit Youth Masters also.
The ball performed best when the lanes had 6 games on them and with carrydown.
The angular nature of the SR2 allowed me to play 5th arrow in the 2 games in the round of 4.and 3rd arrow on a fresher pair in the finals.Great ball for medium/
oily patterns with carrydown.
More work to do,must see how the SR2 performs on other patterns.

Best looking bowling balls I have ever seen. I like the solid colors. Very understated like the reactives of the early 1990's.
A bit expensive for me at the moment. If they had a piece around $150 drilled (no inserts or slugs for me) I would try one.
-
It is a great piece. I just picked one up from a supplier, drilled pin under ring, cg at 45 degrees. This thing handles some head oil, and still has a smooth continuous motion through the pocket. I shot 732 oob with it tonight, leaving only 9 counts all night. Can not complain one bit about shooting at single pins

Bowlers Dream has the SR2 for $120 that might fit your price range

BowlersDream.com shipped total cost to me was $142.55. Far cry from $120.
-
Yeah, but that's cheaper than Bowling.com which was $149.99 with their "free shipping"!

Don't forget to add 45 for drilling.
