Started PBA league and had two good looks. Apex on the outside around 3 board on up or Forza about 13-7, so I chose the Forza option.
221 was high game, but avg. 179 for the night. 5 splits and 4 missed spares hurt, plus user error missing target, but having fun.
Might start with Apex outside next week.
(6 different patterns for 2 weeks each).

Depending on the volume and if the gutter is hooking like it should, I would say Ascent or the Shock that's en route. Forza seems too strong, even though it's very smooth looking.

The problem lies in the way the center will oil the lanes. If they are oiling on top of the league pattern without any additional cleaning, then the track area could see some success, such as you had with the Forza.
If the shot is laid out continuously for more than one run in a row (like nationals are) then the shot will soon take on the anticipated characteristics of Cheetah (or whatever sport shot you are bowling on). Once a week sport shot leagues often don't see the real shot since the shot is being applied once a week.
Also, with your stats, a stronger than expected ball may be needed depending on the volume you are seeing along with the lane bed friction. The Apex may see the friction too soon and be hard to control at the end of the pattern. Large VALs on solids are successful for many. Go to youtube and watch some footage of past PBA Cheetah shows to get an idea. You will see a lot of very aggressive equipment and also some urethane. Just depends on the bowler.

Don't think my Shock will make it in time for final week of Cheetah.
The Forza could be played up the gutter, but too easy of a mistake to make a big mess. The Apex would be a little more forgiving (all things considered) on the outside line.
The Cyclone GB was smooth, but didn't want to miss right at all, never would come back. If I missed a board right with Forza, had a chance. But also if I tugged the Forza...forget it, lucky to hit the headpin. So miss a little right with Forza, or could Tug the Cyclone GB a little and not pay an awful penalty.
Would like to have a month on each pattern to get a better idea. 2 Weeks, 8 games total...is only a sniff.
