i emailed them about a bag that had the side bust out of it within 7-8 months of use on Wednesday or Thursday. I already have a new bag sitting in the garage in the shipping box! No questions asked. I just had to cut through the logos on the side and send them pictures. With customer support like that, they have earned some loyal customers

I have not had any product issues, but I have spoken with Motiv representatives at the home office on ball maintenance matters. They answered my questions in a direct but pleasant manner.
