Motiv bowling balls.
« on: December 12, 2010, 02:55:01 AM »
Thinking about getting one made by this company. My local driller is not on the list of pro shops for this company. Will it be hard for him to get? (Area Central Illinois.) Like to keep things local and do not wish to go to someone else to drill.

They didn't take over any Brunswick assests.

They have their own plant in Muskegon, and offices in Spring Lake.

Really look into other balls before you go motiv,Make sure your driller knows what type of ball you throw. I bought a TR2, was very excited saw all the videos and read the hype on the ball, I got it, the ball didn't move anymore in fact less than my 3 yr old Total NV, Make sure you know what you want the ball to do,  do you want Asymetrical or Symetrical.  this 179.00 ball is an expensive door stop, this is after 7 months of working with the ball and several surface changes.   to Motiv Sorry...

I'm in the process of trying to find out where I fit in the bowling world. I do not know my tech specs of my game, but it's all a learning process.

IDK... I bought a QZ2 and recon silver and they hook more then I expected.even considered this when I chose the lay outs...
The only issues I have is not the fault of the ball but the house I bowl in and carry, same issues with any other co. I've tried in this house.
What I have found so far with Motiv is they react EXACTLY as described for me.
