MOTIV:QZ1 Purple

My Information:
Ball Speed:15/16 mph,Rev Rate:250/265 rpm''s,
Axis Rotation:45 Degrees,Axis Tilt:15 Degrees,

Specs on ball tested:
70/40 @ 2 3/4, X-Hole on PAP 7/8"bit, 2 1/4" deep,
Ball Surface:1000 wet sanded with Power Gel Polish,

The all new MOTIVator-Z pearl cover and,the all new Quadfire
core creates a ball motion that gets the QZ1 through
the heads, but creates good revs at the mids and a smooth arcing reaction at the breakpoint.
The medium RG and the medium Diff.helps the QZ1 achieve this look.
When using the QZ1 on a fresh house shot, this ball
allowed me to play just inside the oil line, with a swing
area of about 3-5 boards more than usual on THS.

Sanding the QZ1 to 1500 and applying Power Gel Polish
allowed me to square up to the oil line and just let
it roll out to the breakpoint without forcing it to
the spot. Now the smooth arcing nature was perfect for all
3 games on a THS.The smooth look at the breakpoint is what you should be looking for on your THS.

The QZ1 really shines when the lanes had 3-6 games
bowled on them during tournaments. With the shot being wide open the QZ1 was in it''s element. You could swing it out wider without fear that it would jump at the backend.
The controlled arcing motion was a perfect match for
this type of condition.

The QZ1 was about 2-3 boards less hook than the SR2.
Track Flare was about 4"
The best condition for the QZ1 is medium oil to
medium patterns.
Heavier and longer patterns do not match up well with
the QZ1.

Anyone looking for pure performance in a mid-price ball should have a QZ1 in their bag.

Thanks MOTIV.
