The Motiv Tank Blitz is the second ball to feature the Microcell Polymer cover, and comes wrapped around the Gear core that was used on the Venom Shock. Putting these two together creates what I think would be a great option for a benchmark ball. The Covert Tank was a go to when the lanes started to break down and I was looking for that urethane look. Needless to say I was really excited to drill up the Blitz.

For me, the Blitz is about 5 boards stronger than both my Covert Tank and Supra. It reads the lanes sooner than both, but doesn’t give up in the backend. When compared to my current benchmark ball, the Venom Recoil, the Blitz is about 2 boards weaker. This would be a great ball for leagues and tournaments when you want to stay closer to the track when your other balls are too strong.
