Been averaging 212 since I got the Sting, was 190 prior. Very happy with this ball!
Shot 642 yesterday in the City Tournament for singles handicap, but I get 89 sticks...currently 7th out of 31 this weekend. One more weekend left. I might re-enter for giggles.

I have to agree!! I didn't get mine till fairly recently, but I just don't want to put it away. It has worked very well for me. In fact I might just have to down size my arsenal to that and a spare ball. LOL. (Ok I am mainly a house bowler....just don't have the time or resources to compete enough in too many tournaments). So for house and some modified house shots, this thing is a beast.

I've said it many times and quite a few times here; the Sigma Sting is the best ball I have thrown from ANY manufacturer. As a benchmark ball, it just doesn't get any better.

I've had mine for several months now and it's just as good as when I bought it. Definitely the best benchmark I've thrown to date from any company.

I love the Sting. When the lanes are dry, I will keep the Sting in the bag. But for most other conditions and patterns, the Sting is a great ball.

I have an Ascent Apex for when the lanes are too dry for the Sting. The hard part for me is telling myself I do need to put it away. I always try way too hard to make the Sting work. But for me the Apex @ about 2000 (pin up) has been a great step down option. I just picked up a Panic, but still need to see where that fits in the arsenal. Enjoying the Motivs I have so far!!

I now wish I had bought a Sting when they were still available, but unfortunately I didn't. >:(

I think the Sigma line in general are probally one of the best sets out!
