For 3 years, MOTIV has been intensively engineering new cover concepts in an effort to find something truly special - something that would inflict serious damage on the backend. After hundreds of tests, the code was cracked, and MOTIV is now introducing new technology called Whiplashâ„¢ Hybrid Reactive. MOTIV has merged this outstanding new cover with a new Sinisterâ„¢ asymmetric core to create a ball motion that is absolutely devastating. This is all packed into the new MOTIV 2Cruel.
Designed for use on heavy oil patterns, the 2Cruel provides a motion that is very long with an explosive backend reaction. It almost seems impossible to get a motion like this on a heavy volume shot, but the 2Cruel does not disappoint.
Tournament bowlers will be able to showcase its devastating power on heavy oil in later games when the heads get beat-up and oil pushes down the lane. This is where the 2Cruel is engineered to dominate. The average league bowler will be crazy about this ball because it will allow them to conquer a house shot with incredible ease.
Shelf appeal? Wow! The black and blue 2Cruel is so tough looking that it practically infuses bowlers with a new level of confidence and attitude.

Hi Justin, awesome video and great music as always! I'm looking for a ball stronger than my Sigma Tour. The 2 Cruel seems like it fits the bill. My question is if it will be too much of a step-up with resulting loss of control or roll-out on the THS. Being more of a stroker, I am looking for an obvious difference in ball rxn. ;)

It is a bit strong for THS out of the box for rev dominant folks, but strokers will find the ability to play in teh oil more will open up the shot a bit. If it is too strong a bit of shine will help. The 2 Cruel maintains the hit and continuation of the original Cruel, but much cleaner up front and a much more angular backend motion.
