So i finally join a club that I never thought I would join tonight.......the 299 club.
An okay series shooting 734 (208, 299, 227)
It took me until my 14th attempt after having the front 11 to not strike on the final ball. And what do you know, it was the pine that is the bane of my existence........the 9 pin
I know EXACTLY what I did on the twelfth ball. I did not slow up. I felt like I absolutely pured this ball, except I felt a slight more lift off of my fingers at the end, I guess I caught my nail on the grip.
I have four sanctioned 11 in a rows and all of which were these damn nine pins left in the first frame. Please note that I only have two sanctioned 300s. The rest were a mix between practice and two shot in local non-sanctioned tournaments.
I cannot express my love for the Motiv Cruel. This ball has been my workhorse. I will ALWAYS be a Motiv fanatic.
