I'm gonna be getting a few pieces to give them a shot just want some suggestions for the "perfect" 5-6 ball arsenal from motiv. Going off these stats:RH Ball speed at the pin deck 17.1-18.1, axis tilt 12-15*, axis rotation 64-66*, rev rate 485, PAP 4 7/8 over 3/4 up. As far as ball motions what I like is more of your smooth arc stuff balls that tend to be angular (400a for example) jump way to much for me. Thank you guys for your input and all opinions are welcome.

I know I really want a venom shock as from everything I've seen the ball is a great smooth arcing ball. As far as their other pieces I'm really intrigued by the tribal, covert, sigma sting, ascent apex, primal rage

Covert Revolt and Venom Shock are the two best balls for smoother reaction in the Motiv lineup IMO. The Revolt being the strong of the two.

After throwing Storm for nearly 10 years I have completely become a Motiv fan.
I have Cruel Intent, Revolt, Primal Rage, Octane, Shock, Tribal, and Apex Ascent. Every one of them is special and they all complement one another.
For me........low tilt, high speed, higher revs.........the Shock is the most versatile ball out of the entire lineup but that in no way means the others do not excel on their intended patterns.
You really can't go wrong with the Motiv stuff!!!!

The shock and covert have always caught my eye. As someone who struggles with all of my bowlin balls being too snappy due to my combo of medium speed high axis rotation and higher rev rate. I understand that part of it is me but I recently became aware of just how much better a smooth arcing shot is compared to that coolant hockey stick (I'm still learning and growing)

I just got my first 2 MOTIV balls- a Covert Revolt and a Sigma Sting. Similar to mattypizon, I have high speed/medium-high rev rate along but also with a low track. I haven't gotten a chance to throw a ton of games yet with them (both only have 3 games on them after just drilling earlier in the week). But, I really like what I see so far and will do reviews for both once I throw some more games.
