Tribal...Whoa.
« on: October 07, 2013, 01:52:07 PM »
I plan on taking some video at some point and posting it on here, but I had to get on here and say that this ball is something special. Drilled it pin down 4 1/2" pin to PAP. I've had a lot of success in the past with medium pearls drilled this way, and when I got a shorter pin I figured why not.

Well am I happy! Our THS is what I would say high side of medium volume wise, and it's 41ft. This Tribal works so well for me. I can't get enough of it. As far as motion goes I get good length with a consistent, hard arcing motion at the breakpoint. Ball has enough to recover if i lose it outside, holds pretty well on misses in. Drives well, carries well, throws pins around on light shots. Overall a great ball.

I will update at some point soon with video and actual review in the review section.

I was waiting to post my mini-review but agree with strong cover no need to layout strong unless you need it.  Mine is 5" pin to PAP under bridge.  Nice rolly ball motion with some pop on the backend and works well on frictious conditions.  Our 39 ft. house condition breaks down fast in 5 man with worn older synthetics.  Tribal is a great ball for the house bowler.  Don't layout your usual strong drilling unless you want a flip off the spot or you are low rev higher speed..  Cover is plenty strong
