What three Motiv balls.
« on: November 09, 2013, 07:29:00 AM »
Hello.  Help me replace three balls.  I have a pin under fingers Brunswick Nexus f (p + f), pin over the bridge Nexxxus, and a pin over ring finger Wicked Seige.  Nexus is my oil ball,  Nexxxus is my "control" ball (never really happy with it), and the Wicked glides thru the heads with ease and really flips.  What Motive balls am I looking at?

If I were you, I would do something like this.

Oil ball-Raptor Talon. I've never thrown a better ball...on heavy oil. Most of the time it stays in the bag because I don't have enough oil.

Benchmark - drilled correctly, either sigma hybrid or primal scream.

Skid-flip- Tribal. I've never thrown a better ball...period.

these suggestions are based on you bowling on quite a bit of oil. If you more regularly see heavy I would lean toward the scream for the benchmark. If you bowl more often on lighter stuff I would say maybe a sigma for the "heavy," venom strike benchmark and ascent for skid-flip.

Primal scream could make an excellent benchmark providing it is drilled right. With the right layout on this ball you can make it a nice more even rolling benchmark type ball, or a pretty long, hard arcing ball with crazy continuation. Very versatile.
