BR.com LRL 3-Man
« on: September 04, 2007, 07:01:25 AM »
OK seems there is interest in Lake Ripley 3-man so I called Jeremy today and this is what I found out.  Some are coming from a bit of a distance so they will want to bowl a double shift so this is best I could get and will have to let Jeremy know this week to hold spots.  There is no MAST that day nor do I see anything on bowlweb.com.  State Tourney will be going.  Let me know.

Sat. Feb. 16th Noon 6 spots and 2 PM 4 spots.

Who is in?  I can fill 1 spot or 2 depends on how much interest.

bass, 230-n-up, rge, rob_mil, Elite_Digger, Badger856....who else?

Sound off with how many spots you want....what shift.  If you are only going to bowl once prefer you take Noon and leave 2 PM for those that want to double up.

I've heard from everybody except Rob M.

See ya Sat.  I'll be there around 11:15 AM.

Group from Madison is meeting at the "Kroghville Oasis" <Jefferson Co.-Dane Co. line on CTH O> at 10:15 AM for the ritual "bloody" before hand.....if anyone is interested.

Had a good time Saturday - was nice meeting you Scott, glad to finally be able to put a face to the name.

230-n-up: I think you should hit the ball some more!! A couple more revs and you'll have more on it at the arrows than I do on the whole lane....

bass - keep in touch for Willow....think we would have a decent look.

Just wish Brownie was feeling better....might have actually gotten a casher and been a little closer for the barley pops the last set.
Maybe next time....

Yep good time had by all I talked too.  My carry sucked but that can be iffy for me at LRL.  The ole puck meister shot tell the backends tamed down was the best for me.

Let me know if you guys think that that Feb. 14 works best or Jan. 19 for next year???  bass thinks CWSBT in Woodruff is Sat. Jan. 19 next year.

I tell ya, for as much as the pins fly around there I'm really surprised the carry isn't better....ton of corner pins for us (don't even mention the 7-10s)

Oh well.

Too early to tell for next year, but keep me in mind.

rob, tell Brownie to "get well soon".  You know when a guy is sitting on the concourse in between shots huddled up wearing his jacket that he's not feeling that great.  Few bowlers possess Kevin's talent.  Hope to see him again real soon.  As for the brewskies, allow me to be the first to say, "Aaahhhhhh."  You'll get your shot at revenge.  Let's see to it.

rge, nice to meet you and Mrs. E.  She throws a mean ball and is worthy of "sister twister" recognition.

scotts33, thanks for helping to put this together.  Always a pleasure to hang out with you.  See you soon!

bass, you suck and are a disgrace to wrong-handers and I'll be your wingman anytime.  Say "hey" to our own "flapper", Brotzie.  It was nice to see him loosen up and get a little animated during the second shift.  Wonder if it was the aiming solution?

FWIW, I've got the back half of the 4:00 squad for the same weekend next year.  Might need to put in nine games next season.

Was pretty much a good time for the whole day.
Not the most pleasurable experience on the higher end of the house.
Brown does throw it nice.
Rob we'll have to talk about Willowcreek.
The weather was getting too nasty last sunday to drive there.
