Lee and Scott at Andys Pro Shop in Chicago (www.andysproshop.com) Zip code 60629 are great guys.  May be a little far, but worth the drive - in my opinion.

The B-Zone pro shop inside AMF Forest Lanes, zip is 60534 Lyons, IL right off I-55.  Many regional pros and high ranking college bowlers come from a far to have Keith Baugh drill their equipment.  Prices are great and selection is plentiful.

Well after a fresh start (see my other topics) I got a new ball and had it drilled by Tim Pallai in Peoria IL. He made the ball fit like a glove and price wise there is no way you could beat it with an online pro shop/ online ball. He also got me a free 45 minute practice session to see if I liked the ball and how it worked for me. He really did a great job and I would reccomend him to anyone.

Nothing hits like a Hammer.

Yes, that is true and IMO after getting a few games in the ovals work soo much better, just fits like a glove and the pitches made my grip perfect.
