north central location, looks to be a pretty good tourney, fresh oil, bowl 3, cut to top half, reoil, cut to finals, brackets and high game pots

Is it correct to assume that this is a scratch event?

Where is Warsaw, IN? I mean, what cities is it near? I'm trying to determine whether or not it would be worth a trip sometime down the road.

I've only bowled 300, but I've benched 345

Gene,
It's approximately midway between South Bend and Fort Wayne on US 30.  I don't remember exactly where you are located, but I seem to recall you're somewhere near Kankakee.  Warsaw is about 130 miles from there.

It appears to be around 140 from where I live, but I could probably get there a bit faster than you, due to a more direct route over better roads.  Go figure.
