Tell Mr. Draper to pay my way and I'll be down to drink some beer with the ole buzzard. If, I had hair I'd get a flat top too.

aren't they running one at bowlero that day?
--------------------
If it doesn't have RG stamped on it.
Just leave it in the car or at home.

Thanks Scott.
Question for Wi bowlers.
Do you think we could generate enough guys thru here to run a squad at Cambridge?
250 and up and myself have tossed the idea around.

I've already got sponsorship for the Masters.
But if I win a spot who knows.
I might use it myself or maybe back someone.
Probably bowl the MALT a little bit more this year now that the BIG tour has folded up shop.

Monday morning bump.
bass in response to your Cambridge question, are you talking about their 3 man tourney or a masters qualifier? If you're talking about the 3 man, I'd definitely be interested, and I know Brownie DESTROYS that place so I'm sure he'd be in as well......

TJ:
I'm for sure bowling 1/12/08 Noon squad....have a team for that slot. Be interested in putting a team together for LRL 3-Man when bass, 230, & rob_mil bowl. Let me know ahead of team John or Mike what date and what time.

I wouldn't mind putting a semi squad for the Cambridge 3 man tournament.
A double shift would be ideal.
Scott,
Do you have any contact info for there?
To see what is even available.

Jeremy Porter <Mike's son> is running the show. As far as I know, Hookin' Herbie/the spinner not the lefty and Jerry D. run the tourney.
608-423-3233 is LRL's number.
If you guys figure out a date early in tourney LMK as I'll get 2 teams for both shifts.
The first 2 weekends pay extra. Smiley J., Dave Erection and I cashed as 2nd high team last year 1st 2 weekends so there is extra $$$.

Rob,

i'm sure we can get the "secret" watertown shot put out.
lol

bass - In addition to being a ball whore, I am also a tournament whore. Just need a time and place and I'm usually there. Was just trying to keep the thread slightly clean for the main reason for the thread - getting the word out for the masters qualifier.
As for the "secret" watertown shot, I don't know how much good that would do me, I haven't bowled in watertown in about 10 years. Not since the days of the old tri-county scratch tour.....

The "secret" Watertown shot.
Stand deep.
Swing it wide.
Drink beer.
Then do it again.

Hey rob do you know there is a qualifier at Bowl-ero the same day. And there is also a Regional that same weekend in Columbus Wis. I would think people would want to bowl where the Masters is gonna take place to get a feel for it. That is just my opinion. Hope you guys have a great turnout.
-
Yup, I'm aware. Unfortunately this was the only day they had available. I'm actually not running the tourney just trying to promote it...the owner is a great friend and super guy, not to mention a fantastic proprietor. Hopefully there's a decent turnout....

Merrill is the guy! No doubt!!!
If, any propreitor ran their business 1/2 as well as Mr. Draper.....they'd be successful.
It was Madison's loss when MD left town because he couldn't find a house to buy at the time and he went to Burlington.
