Not being sarcastic at all.  The guy goes brooklyn 4 times and you all are congratulating him and saying he was lined up.  Purely pathetic if you ask me.  I saw this 300 and it was disgusting to say the least.

I saw it as well.  I bowled next to him all day.   I only saw the one brooklyn and the one 4-9 trip.  Every other shot I saw was 1- straight back.  Even if he did do all that, 300 is 300.  He still made $500 in 10 frames of bowling.  Sounds like someone is a little better at Beans because he made a bit more money than you did.  Where'd you finish up?

I sorry to hear that Donald...... You seem to be crying because everytime you went brooklyn you left a 5 pin!!!! Call it luck or whatever you want but 12 strikes look the same on paper regardless of how they were thrown!! You are just mad because you probably left 20 splits and couldn't carry!! Your probably also mad because Beans walked out of Blue Ball $500 richer and you probably drove 2 hours to lose $200!!!! Stop complaining with your internet muscles!!!

Didn''t see much of his game, just the last 2 shots and yeah it was a trip 4 9 and a brooklyn, but 300 on that pattern was like 450.  They were brutal, luckily my +23 made me $1000.  Good tournament, well ran, except maybe the bracket payout took too long and the pace was dreadful, but that was expected coming in.  Probably the toughest pattern ive competed on!

450?  That was the weight of some of those bowlers there.  That's the reason it took so long to bowl.  They were ordering cheeseburgers and pizza every other frame and comsuming them.  Obviously holding up the pace of play.

What am I missing here? Is the point of the game not to knock down all the pins each and every frame? Who cares how it was done?

If the shot was so tough that a miss by 2 boards caused a Brooklyn strike and the bowler knows that going in, there's his cushion. Now he can concentrate on not missing his mark the other way.

Trip 4-9? That's all part of the modern game. Steep entry angles, ultra-sticky coverstocks and high revving cores all create different pin action now. According to some, a stone 9 is a perfect ball. Add to that fact that you can have the 2 pin slightly off spot which COULD lead to a late 4 pin as well. Now throw into the mix a ball that has incredible pin action and you can easily trip the 4-9.

Kudos to Sir Beans for the game, winnings and performance.

As for the naysayer, at least Beans has the cajones to come on here and show his name big and proud. He doesn't hide behind a screen name that belongs to some other famous person none-the-less.

Thumbs up Beans.....

Trust me everyone that bowled had their breaks and crossovers and bad shots.  Like I said 300 should have been 450 on that pattern, that shot was brutal!  200 felt like 300.  Everyone there had their breaks and to have 5 in a row was a very rough task, 12 is phenominal!

Wow Doug, that is some impressive defending right there.  Knowing you'll go brooklyn on a 2 board miss is now justified?  And I'm sorry but I would bet just about any amount of money that you had more than 1 single board of area, because you can create more than that at even the US Open.
Not to mention the added 20% of area for using the Saws.  I guess when you throw a Saw no matter how you strike its "Great bowling"

I’m sorry but this is exactly what is wrong with bowling.  You people come on here congratulating someone who probably had one of the ugliest 300’s ever bowled.  Yes the shot was tough so any 300 is good but to praise someone who went Brooklyn 4 times and tripped how many 4-9’s I forgot? Is ridiculous!

Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good and this 300 was pure luck.  Why can’t you people admit that?  It is ok to admit that a 300 can be shot without talent and you had your proof on Saturday folks.

Dear sir.. Apparently you didn't watch this game until the 10th frame. I flushed the first 10 shots and tripped the 4 into the 9 on the 11th. I have to admit that after close to (50) previous 300's. This was the most nervous I ever was on the 12th shot and pinched it off to cross over. 4 times??? LOL  Did you even bowl? Did you cash? Are you jealous? Did you watch any other games? I didn't think so. You can try to bash and ruin the moment for me all you want. The bottom line is I bowled and proved all you haters wrong. Lane#1 outscored 83 other players and FIGJAMEXPRESS never showed up... Besides the winner of the tournament taking home $2500. I made more money than anyone else at the BIG SHOW... Say anything you want!!!

NOW THAT's A FIGJAM!!!!

Nice shooting..

Side note:
One of my 300 was a complete whiff of the head pin only to have a pin shoot out of the return and knock over the 1-2-4..

Yes, I took it..

One last thing...

There wasnt one person that came up to me and told me they were the internet trolls on here..

Yet everyone knows who I am...

And Trump.. I think I know exactly who you are as well. You didn't bowl and stood behind my pair that game for the 10th frame and made a comment about my cross over strike for 300.. You acted like it was your $500 I just sucked out of your pocket...LOL!!

To tell you the scoring pace...

I got in 50 brackets...

197-207-300 wins 34 out of 50 brackets the first set.. 300-207-174 gets 2 wins and 35 2nds out of 50 brackets the 2nd set....

$595 invested
$2300 returned

I'll cross over 12 shots in a row for that return...
AND...I did it all with 14 lbs, a Lane#1 Blue Massacre and 1 hand. These days according to you trolls. That's 3 parts of handicap I also gave the field...

I AM THE MAN!!!

PS...
Thanks to all the guys that bowled and understood the magnitude of the 300 game on that pattern and on Lanes 1-2. To be -47 for the other 5 games wasn't all that bad a score compared to what some really good playrs shot..

I was more nervous to shoot 300 there, not for the $500 or because the lanes were so tough. BUT to create this kind of thread becasue no matter what I do the trolls will always try to bring me down and never give credit where credit is due...

To all the true bowlers and ambassadors of this great sport.....I salute you!!!

Great showing as well Mike L. I really wish I could have met you and introduced myself..

Worst part was poor Warren and Joy Floyd had to pay me $500 on that garbage shot I threw on the 12th ball....LOL!!

Warren complained a little but I had my $500 right in my hand after the tourney was over.. A very well run tourney..

I honestly never really saw you except when they were talking about a guy having the front 9.  I went 200 197 186 210 224 206 and spent $1130 for a return of $1910 plus $200 for cashing so I can't complain.

Nice bowling sir, thanks for letting me win some money the last set lol

Yeah yeah yeah Beans.  You know exactly who I am.  Just curious why you turned the match down after I flashed some cash in your face!

Scared?
