This tournament has been held the same weekend for 7 years and has been posted on our tournament schedule since August.

Those things being true don't change the situation one bit. Two events right up against each other only about a half hour apart. Both on sport type patterns. One guaranteeing 1500 with 2000 for forty teams. The other a lower entry fee but only paying 900. Talk about splitting potential entries.
