PA Eagle's Tournament
« on: May 08, 2007, 03:37:07 AM »
Did anyone bowl last weekend at the PA Eagle's Tournament sponsored by the
Tarentum FOE?  It would be nice to know what to expect from Wildlife Lanes in Lower Burrell when I go there Saturday and Sunday.

I'm actually glad to hear that.  I always prefer wood to synthetic.  Thanks for the heads-up.

Found your house to be very nice.  Took your advice and started the tourney playing up and in, but was struggling.  Found that line to be too speed sensitive.  Think I threw a 560 the first set.

Ended up moving to three boards left of center and swinging the ball to the 5-board.  Threw a couple higher 600's after that.

Please thank everyone at Wildlife Lanes for their hospitality for me.

PS:  I know this sounds weird, but that place has the nicest rest rooms I've EVER seen in a bowling establishment.  Green marble??  Granite counters??  Amazing.

I bet the ones in our home center rival those for cleaness. Our owner is a neat freak. It is nice not having to hold your nose while you take a leak...
