New Year's day 9 game marathon **Long Island**

Danny Charaton Memorial Marathon
Port Jeff Bowl 631-473-3300
Noon start. $75 entry fee. 9 games across 18 lanes.
Top 8 cash based on 48 entries. $650 1st place
Handicap is 90% of 250 with 70 pin max.
2006-07 book average. No book, bowl scratch.
All pots, brackets are extra and have both scratch and handicap available.
Free practice 10am to 11:30.

Re-oil after practice. I don't think they oil before the practice. Just the oil on the lanes from the previous days oiling. They oil every day at 5 pm.

Just wanted to mention that in 20 years of this tourney, no one from Port Jeff bowl has ever won it.
