Do they still drop the scores after each round?

No!  well sort of.  Games 1-3-5 are carried over to Round 2.

yes scores are dropped after each round.  ive been the last 5 years or so and the first cut has never been over -80, they are brutal.  200's across makes a ton

Donald must be thinking Jim Smith is running this tournament!

That is correct C.J.!  Jim Smith’s ignorance of running a tournament is spread to all tournament directors in Virginia.  So why not take the scores from 3 of the 5 games and carry them over and figure out the rest of the format when the 2nd round starts.  TWJSWD (that’s what Jim Smith would do)

My buddies and I would drive down from NY to bowl Staunton 9 or 10 years ago and let me say Tomey is worth the extra 3+ hours of driving to avoid J. Smith!

Never and I mean never would we bowl another tournament Smith runs!
