JIB Lanes in Queens NY

So what is he latest news on JIB lanes ???? Rumor had it, owners of
Massapequa/Baldwin were taking over before J. LaSpina put in a last minute
bid ?  Decision was to be finalized once the Union who owns the property
returned from summer vacation.  Anyone ?  Don't know if they have any
intentions of upgrading the center to synthetics ....

J. LaSpina taking over JIB Lanes in Flushing , Queens area.  Mass renovations
to take place before year end.  Look for new leagues to form.

I'm surprised to hear that. Bowled at JIB more than 20 years go with my mom...that ws my local center growing up. With the closing of centers such as Woodhaven and Bellerose, I was sure that Jib had already closed. Good to hear that it is still around.
