Side Jackpots for the first event will include:

Scratch High Game Pot: $10.00 ($2 each game, $2 Total)
Scratch Brackets: $5.00 (Games 2, 3, 4)
Scratch Super Bracket: $10.00 (Full at 16, Random seeding starting game 1) or (Not full Game 1 qualifies cut to top 8 seed by score for game 2.)
Scratch Eliminator: $10.00 (Cut in half after each game)

Handicap High Game Pot: $5.00 ($1 each game, $1 Total)
Handicap Brackets: $3.00 (Games 2, 3, 4,)

Thank you for making the trip. I hope everyone else enjoyed themselves as well. It was fun watching everyone else bowl for a change. It was a pretty good turnout for the first attempt and I think it will only grow from here. I hope everyone thought it ran as smooth as I felt it did. I think the lane conditions and handicap rules made for a good format. Lots of bowlers had a chance going into the last game. Two higher average bowlers and a lower average made the cut. I will be posting a link here to the next one which also has the standings from yesterday

Okay ladies and gentlemen. Here is what I have decided on for the November Tournament. The base entry will be handicapped 100% of 240 as advertised for $35.00. For the higher average bowlers there will be scratch upgrade for $25.00 making the total entry fee $60.00 if you so choose. The 4 games of qualifying will be used in each the handicap and scratch divisions. The handicap division will have the same finals just as the first month did by the cash ratio on the tournament flyer. The scratch division will have the same cash ratio of 1 in 6 entries. All cashers will make a step ladder final up to 5 players max. 1st Place will be guaranteed at 50% of the scratch prize fund left after the lineage cost of the finals is taken out. If there are 3 finalist 2nd will pay 30% and 3rd 20 %. If there are 4 finalists 2nd will pay 25%, 3rd 15% and 4th 10 %. If there are 5 finalists 2nd will pay 20%, 3rd 15 %, 4th 10% and 5th 5%. If by some chance an individual makes both finals they will have to choose which finals they would like to compete in. A replacement of the 1st non-casher will step in to take your place. You will receive 50% of the last cash spot for the division you choose not to bowl in which will come out of the replacement's winnings as he/she would not have cashed had you not given up the spot.

Ladies and Gentlemen the next tournament in this series will be December 23rd. The second event drew 21 entries which was up 4 from the first one. 7 of them were entered in the scratch division. The base entry is handicap based on 100% of 240 and costs $35. There is also a scratch division upgrade of $25.00. The payout in both divisions is 1 in 6. The finals format will be the same for the both divisions to allow those that make it in both to bowl both finals at the same time. This month the pattern will be WTBA 39' Seoul.
