Rules:
-4 gms across 8 lanes
-blind draw begins at 10am
-top 4 advance to step ladder finals
-3 frame total pin rolloff in event of tie
-bowlers must use highest sanction 2010/2011 avg
-based on 90% of 440 team hdcp
Prize list based on 32 bowlers:
1st - $440
2nd - $220
3rd - $110
4th - $70
