He teaches the "satellite, or road" programs which are not held at headquarters. Bob has worked with Dick Ritger since 1976. Bob’s teaching credentials are superb. He is a college graduate majoring in Physical Education and became a member of the United States Sports Academy’s extended faculty in 1986. Rea is in the Seattle Bowling Hall of Fame and has served as an International Bowling Pro Shops and Instructors Association (IBPSIA) founding board member. In 1989 he developed Port-A-Bowl U.S.A., a school bowling program that has been responsible for introducing bowling to more than 2 million school aged youth.
The Director of Education and Youth Services for WA State BPA, Bob is internationally acknowledged as a top bowling instructor. Bob’s enthusiastic manner and broad knowledge of the bowling industry brings a refreshing breath of optimism everywhere he teaches.
He has taught bowling in several foreign countries and his expertise extends from years of teaching thousands of school age children as a high school physical education teacher to touring Pros.
