I just ordered a ball with them and havent received any type of e-mail or anything for confirmation. I was just wondering if they do or not? Also I can find my order history on the site, but is there a way to see an order's status? Thank you.
Well I received the ball today. And as you can see from the previous post from Mr. Duggan, he helped with everything. They offer a great service, and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

when I ordered from there a long long time ago, I dont think I got any confirmation. I didnt even know I could check my order history because It seemed like a low-scale website. It doesnt hurt to contact them or check the FAQ's but I didnt have a problem. They were great.
