Or maybe e-bay is just tired of all the complaints themselves.
People who purchase items on e-bay and can't get their merchandise can file a claim with e-bay, not just sellers who can't collect.
I once won a ball from A.S.B. in an e-bay auction. It was for a ball AND drilling. Won it real cheap and sort of felt guilty. FINALLY got hold of Joe ( after three days worth of phone calls ) to give him my drilling specs and how I wanted it set up. I even offered to take a cheaper ball because I had won it so cheaply.
Then, after almost 10 days, the ball shows up at my house. I never did get the tracking number for some reason ( and yes, my filters are set correctly).
Opened the box and was NOT PLEASED. The ball was right, but the drilling was so far off that the first thing I had to do was take it to get the thumb plugged and re-drilled. They missed it by over 1/2 inch! At least I hadn't spent a lot on it.
I would not do business the way Joe does, and I will not do business with them again.
