I've had some trouble in the past, but found a good deal on some bowling ball cleaner. Have they been doing better lately in shipping things out?

They seem to not be good with smaller orders.  I'm still waiting for inserts from Sept 25, and I am not getting any responses from them through email or pm's through here.

I purchased a ball from them off eBay on Sept. 19th and it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get it.

Hey witesox,

Who do you know that you actually got a reply from anyone at AllStar?  I'm good for about 3-5 balls and various accessories per season, but I'll be darned if AllStar gets any of it.  I called them trying to submit specs online on October 7, left Lane a PM, and still have heard nothing.

Take that for what it's worth.

baccala8872,

Joe called and left you a voice mail two days after you provided your digits. We did not hear back from you and assumed you did not want to place an order.

I have called these guys a million times also emailed them a million times through ebay and since they never would respond I assumed they just had plenty of money and didnt want to sale me some balls. Took my business elsewhere. Try buddies they were kind of rude but atleast they did answer the phone and responded to emails.

Three times they have failed to send me small orders (yes, I am a glutton for punishment with a passion to see restoration).  Three times they made a full refund.  They have delivered bowling balls within two days.  I won't do business with them anymore.

witesoxwoz22,

Did you not PM me with a different address for shipment?

Also, I open all the PM's. I may not respond to each and every one, as Joe handles and answers some of the questions, pricing, and credits.

As for the credit itself, please send me your order number as I am not in the shop to verify and thank you for getting back to me.

Thanks,
Lane

After a long and loyal relationship with Allstar Bowling, Joe dropped the ball and just ignored all of the people that helped make him successful. I also took my business elsewhere due to their failute to communicate and poor customer service. I respect and appreciate Lane's efforts here but just knowing that Joe has any responsibility in the communcation department is enough for me to advise any interested party to take their business elsewhere also. Buddies or bowling.com is more dependable!!!

Lane,

If he left me a voicemail at my desk phone, it would have shown up in my message queue.  Alas, there was nothing in my queue from Ohio.
