I think you would be better off trying to contact him through his website.  Joe post on here, but I doubt he is going to look back at old post.

Jan, please understand that Joe is operating the whole thing by himself so give him little bit of time to answer. for example i won a radical on ebay and i got the email from ups last friday but the item is still not shipped. However, i have had many transactions with Joe and i believe hes really busy, so i dont really mind waiting few days more cuz i know by latest the ball will be here next week.

btw, nice site

It doesn't seem unreasonable to expect that an in-stock item will ship 1-2 business days after purchase.  In fact, I went to allstarbowling.com and the terms and conditions state that "orders will take 1 to 3 business days to ship."  That means if Jan_L placed on order on 9/13, it should have shipped by the 18th.  That means the company is not honoring their own terms and conditions.  Ohio to Pennsylvania should take no more than 2 days.

Everyone is busy at their jobs, but they still have an obligation to work with their customers in a timely fashion.

I know that if I had already paid for something last week, and it hadn't shipped yet, and on top of everything else the company wasn't responding, I would be looking for answers too.

Jan - you may want to call UPS and check with them.  If they are stating "Item has not shipped" then it means UPS has the item, and not Joe.  So there's a hold up with UPS.  It may be that they have not received payment for the shipping (which would fall on the hands of allstarbowling.com) or it could be that UPS screwed up somewhere.  I would contact them first and find out why they haven't shipped it.

I'm not saying that Joe and allstar have no responsibility here, because they do, but if UPS has it and isn't shipping it, then it's really not Joe's fault.

Item is being resent as I am not getting any feedback from UPS.  I
am issuing her a $10 credit and will handle tracking down the other
bottle.
Thanks again,
Joe

And UPS is right 100% of the time? As someone that has dealt with the major shipping companies, I have seen mistakes like this made, and on an alarminly high basis. Just because they say that something hasn't been received doesn't automatically make it true. Heck.. The guy is giving you a credit AND shipping a new bottle. Looks to me like he's trying to do the right thing here. Why don't you cut him a little slack?

I drop off my own packages at FedEx when I ship..well..a few weeks ago, basically the same thing happened, saying FeDex only received the billing info and they had not received the package to ship....but I did drop it off...here, it fell "under" a bin and they found the package, pretty much in plain sight, but overlooked. So just because UPS says they have not received the package does not mean they have not misplaced it before it got on a truck to go out....

Joe -- I had no trouble getting a response from UPS. You won't need to waste your time tracking down the other bottle. UPS is saying you've not provided them with the package so they can ship it!! Just call 1-800-742-5877 and give them the tracking number.

If this 2nd bottle hasn't already shipped, I'm still in favor of just canceling the entire order. Just let me know when you have credited the full purchase price.

It's completely obvious that *someone* here doesn't read anything. lol!

I did have an issue with Joe and even a small issue this week but I understand he is very busy. He impressed me with his willingness to fix the issue AT ALL COSTS. He is a class act and he earned my business. Six is right in hissupport of Joe.
