Something I would love to see would be a list of specs for the balls in stock.
That has always been mt only reservation/concern when ordering online. But if the specs are listed there is nothing to worry about. I think some people would purchase from you over others based on the feature. Not that you need any help in that department, but you can never have to much on the competition.
Not sure what cart software but if it has a good inventory system implementation should be pretty straight forward and the data entry/stock check-in would be the only thing that may get time consuming.

I don't know how many Mac users are checking it out but running 10.3.9 and 1.3.2 Safari it gets a little hung up on loading - and then crashes if there is any attempt to navigate anywhere. Running Firefox 1.5.0.3 it crashes the browser if you attempt to access the site at all. I have repeated this action several times with each application to verify the results. I am, however, able to access and navigate your new site if I run Netscape Navigator 5.2.3 for Mac. I would be curious if other Mac users are experiencing the same things. When I was able to view the preview of your new site - like I said - it's a thing of beauty.

was a way to handle it with the shopping carts. Essentially
what your asking for is something I used to do all the time
in normal inventory (Serialization). I havent seen a cart
program that handles that. If anyone can put us toward
something like that Id be willing to listen.

Edit: Nevermind I see you are using cubecart.
Have you looked at os commerce it has a ton of add-ons and it is open source so it is all free and there are tons of people that donate their time towards it's development.

listening to what the customer wants and suggestions. They will help go
a long way to turning the website into the easiest to use. We are
currently trying to find a way to list out all specs when you purchase
a ball online so that you can select the exact ball you want to buy or
if you want to specify one you dont see you can do that.
Thanks again and hopefully within the next week it will launch! I am
sure we will be doing a grand reopening special for our BR.com members
so keep looking

Actually I think I should take it as a badge of honor

I guess I have arrived LOL.
I find it amazing that someone would spend so much time
trying to figure out things that someone else is doing that
if he actually spent that time on something for himself he
