My World Class Particle just now came. Specs exactly as I asked for. Thanks Joe. You just can't beat Joe for service, shipping, price, and customer service. This is my second order from Joe. First there were finger grips and now a ball and I will definitely continue to order from Joe.

Joe at allstarbowling is the only show in town IMHO.  Gets it right every time.  Any problem - he handles it!  Best price, Best service level, quick turnaround.
He is the "high standard" that the "others" should aspire.

Thank you for the kind words.  Not that I dont have my share of problems when
sales come about but I truly believe that people remember how you handled
a problem over the 100 great sales that happened before.  All it takes is
a problem not to be fixed the proper way and you have lost a customer.
