A couple of years ago, I ordered a Core Power HRG from them. Two days later, Pat calls me to tell me they didn't have any more but he had talked to Storm and they were gonna drop ship one directly to me. He could have just told me they didn't have any more, but went the extra effort to get me a ball. Don't worry, they'll take care of you. I don't know about the "by Friday" part, though.
