I must say with everything that happened with this deal Charles has been
a class act all the way. Between lost communication, lost ball, horrible
service from a vendor (not me), etc etc it would have been easy to write this
off as a bad transaction. Im glad I could do everything to get it right for
you Charles. Id do it for all my customers. Im glad this one is finally
come to end. Heres to more successful transactions in the future between
us.
