Just completed a transaction with joe and although things didn't go as smoothly as hoped and we ran into alot of issues wiyth communication, then UPS and the manufacturer, Joe went to every extreme and jumped through every hoop to make things right. He is a class act and I hope that we can put this deal behind us and deal again smoothly in the future. Thanks Joe.

I must say with everything that happened with this deal Charles has been
a class act all the way.  Between lost communication, lost ball, horrible
service from a vendor (not me), etc etc it would have been easy to write this
off as a bad transaction.  Im glad I could do everything to get it right for
you Charles.   Id do it for all my customers.   Im glad this one is finally
come to end.   Heres to more successful transactions in the future between
us.
