I am a patient customer.  When I ordered a ball from Allstar, it arrived within three days, with the inserts I ordered.  But when ordering inserts or other accessories alone, Allstar did not ship.  At all.  They have been unresponsive to email requests for status.  This time it has been nearly thirty days.  Time is up.

This is the third time this has happened.  The previous two times I canceled my orders and moved on.  As I said, I am a patient customer, willing to give a vendor a second chance, in this case a third chance.  I am getting a Paypal refund and will never again darken their web site.

Read and heed.  Avoid Allstar Bowling.

Have you contacted allstarbowling-lane here on BR? He seems to be the one trying to take care of the outstanding orders currently. See if perhaps he can help you out.

Feel free to PM and I will look into and get a resolution to the issue. We are working through all the issues and glitches in our process which created many of the issues, such as this one.

Any complaint is one too many in my opinion, and we are taking care of the issues which has plagued some of you.

Our service and response times have significantly improved over the past two week, when we implemented some changes.

We pride ourselves on supplying bowling equipment at affordable prices, and this includes improving the overall service end of the company.

In the cases in which those of you having/had problems with us were in contact with me, we have resolved the pending issue(s). We still have a handful of outstanding customer issues which we are in the process of resolving.

There are no excuses here, the situation is what it is. If we do not ship on time, that is our fault. If we miss an order (which should not happen with the new system) it is our fault, same with employee and health issues, we are not here to make excuses for what has transpired, in which has created some undesirable feeling with some Ball Reviews members and/or customers.

Feel free to contact me if you are having issues with an order and I will give it my prompt and personal attention.

I ordered some circle bowling balls from ASB about a week ago and my only complaint was that I got some responses on here and some in email while trying to place my order for some reason or another. So while waiting for an email response, I later learned it was in a message on here.

The slight delay caused me to miss out on a great deal on a 15lb Circle Tilt, because some JERK ordered four and by the time my order was in it wasn't available.

I did receive my other three bowling balls and they were perfect. I'd like to thank ASB for the great deal and the quick shipping.

 I'm not mad at ASB, I just wish I would have called.

And DAMN that guy that ordered the four TILTS, you only needed two or three.(I will blame that guy until I can get another good deal on a TILT)

Me and a friend have also won auctions from ASB off Ebay and have good service. So my suggestion is not to completely over look them.
