Placed an order for a package of cleaners. They sent me an e-mail to let me know that one of the items was on back order and asked if I wanted to wait or process without the one cleaner. I asked if it was okay to substitute another product and they took care of it.
Very easy process and nice to see that they took the time to send the e-mail and ask how I wanted to proceed.
