no problems... they shipped the ball out the next day..  arrived on schedule, just as requested.  My only gripe has nothing to do with bowlersdream, but shipping for me on the east coast was 4-5 days...

Deal with a vendor on the east coast if you want quicker shipping? Shipping is always a pain going cross country.

Buddies, and Ray's Pro Shop.com, etc are on the east coast. (CT and NY respectively)
