On Aug. 19 I order a ball from WholesaleBowler.com (a place
reccommended by USBC By the way) in the afternoon. I expected to see the ball
on the 24th cause UPS doesn't deliver in my area on Fridays or the weekend.
Any way,I figured it would be here on Tuesday, no ball.
Today I called them and they said the ball "should arrive on Monday the 31st.
I said 12 days to get a ball from Texas? they said its comming from California.
I asked why, because they are in Texas. they said they had to order it from their supplier in Cal. Oh yea, in the process of explaining the gal mentioned that the order was processed on Aug. 26. thats a week AFTER I ordered the ball. I told them that I would have to think a long time before I order from them again. All she said was "sorry"
I can't believe that this is a place that USBC wants us to use!

I have never heard of that site and would not use them just because the USBC recommended them. There are several good reputable onsite places to buy from.
Buddies and bowlingball.com are just a couple that I have had no issues with and received my order in just a few days.

Try blockbusterbowling.com also, they are very fast with delivery and Alex (owner) does his best to provide excellent service. I got a MOTIV TR2 from them and I ordered it on Monday last week and got it Wednesday, super fast. I am in California.

USBC does not recommend them. They are in the new US Bowler because they forked out the cash to advertise in the magazine.
