If you have any questions, they are very willing to answer them.

Post by: Dan Belcher on September 30, 2009, 02:37:51 PM: I use Valentino's products all the time, and as such order from them a lot as well! Not a single problem yet, and they're always super quick about getting my shipment out the door and in the mail.

Their online system didn't update their stock levels properly when they were unloading the last of their sanding discs, so I ended up ordering a pad that was actually out of stock. Kevin e-mailed me to let me know and find out if I wanted another grit pad, etc. He sent me an extra disc, some Frankentape, and cut the price of my order in half to make up for the error. Customer service doesn't get much better than that!

Great products and very customer friendly.
