I just want to express my dismay at the ball cellar. I order balls last week that were supposed to here in 2 days since the were only coming from new your. well i finally got them yesterday. well i order the  brunswick nemesis and ebonite ice. I ordered both balls with 3-4 inch pins and to my surprise i received balls with 1 inch pins. well I called and then i was told that they didn't have the balls i requested. this place does not know the meaning of customer service. to all beware this is not a site to do business with.

I bidded a ball from ballcellar_com on ebay 4 days ago and requested they to confirm the total amount(especially shipping costs because I was a foreign buyer) to complete the payment .But they didn't give me any reply or answer or information so that I couldn't payand get the ball.Are they serious to do this business?Does anyone know what the problem is??

no i am trying to get my refund now from these folks boy i wish i knoew then what i know know about these jerks.
