I placed an order in 2011 and although the delivery time was very slow, I did get the items that I ordered in about 3 weeks.  I did try to order a pair of shoes and after I placed the order, about a week later, I was notified that the shoes were not available anymore.  Oh well, I got refunded.
I placed an order for a bunch of things about 5 weeks ago, and knew that shipping is very slow, but wow, 5 weeks is like molasses.  I have been trying to contact the company, emailing them several times, and calling and leaving numerous messages on their phone, no response at all.  I really like how the website has their number and to call them with an excalmation point (!) but no one every picks up or calls back.  I'm worried that I won't be getting any of my stuff.  I am hoping that they could maybe track my order or at least assure me that it was shipped out and give me an estimated arrival date.
Might have to call my credit card company and have them take action if no one contacts me.
A friend of mine ordered a 2 ball bag and she got it within 2 weeks without any problem, other than FedEX delivering the order to the wrong house.
Anyone have another way of contacting them?  Should I just wait, or take action with the CC company?  Is 5 weeks long enough of a wait?  Waddya think?

I finally got the items that were sent via USPS today!  Just waiting for my last package from FedEX.

"Peggy" is from the Discover card commercials. If you don't watch the NHL, you likely wouldn't see one.

Here is my last post on the thread in regards to my latest (or last) experience with Wholesalebowler.com.
Recap, my order was placed on April 7 and I finally received my last item today, June 6.  Just about a 2 month delivery time. No communication for the first month, 1 response back, then no communication again. I had to notify my charge card company and initiate a dispute, then a week later I finally got responses of apology. Never explained what took so long and the bad communication, but in the end, I got my stuff. One of the items was cancelled by them because they don't and won't have it it stock. Problem is that, as of today, it's still advertised on their site. If you order and pay, you won't get it and it may be weeks before you are even notified that it won't be delivered. I told them about this, but again, no response and it's still there on the site. I hope they clean up their act, or that I was just the unlucky one, because I used to like them. Now, not so much.

Just a side note: They are selling on Ebay and I made the mistake of buying a ball, buy it now! I paid for it via paypal and their pay after you receive it! I ordered on 2/6/2013 and 2/20/2013 paypal took the money and I haven't received the ball yet! I called Ebay and felt like I was talking to the wall with their no/customer service lady! She said to give them time to ship! I had contacted the seller and he said sorry I'm having personal problems and will try to get it shipped. That was over a week ago! I told the lady that paypal was taking the money from my account and I wanted to stop it cause I hadn't received the ball. She said I couldn't file a claim with Ebay until after 2/23/2013, but I could file a claim with paypal, which I did and the seller still hasn't contact me or paypal!!! Buyer beware on wholesale bowler ebay store!! Just my $.02, Bruce

We all have issues and problems.  But when it comes to business, it's business.  Get it done, or don't offer it.

Wholesalebowler is on my never use list now.  Unless i'm ordering in January for my new ball for the fall season coming up.

Sorry to hear this batbowler.  I wrote off wholesalebowler.com due to these problems, and sadly, the problems still exist.  I will never, ever buy from them again.  In fact, the bag that I ordered last year and was not and will not be in-stock, is still on their website!  I didn't know that the 4 ball Storm Rolling Thunder bag was discontinued?!!! Hmmmmmmm.........too bad because I used to like them, but no more.

My money was saved by Paypal and thankfully I didn't lose anything! I've bought from them in the past and never had a problem. They are selling on Ebay now and I didn't realize it was wholesale bowler until this dispute! They are selling under the seller name like wbi with a number after it! I'll look and post their seller name!

wbi2009 is his/their seller user name!!!

Have to watch that on Ebay also.  Last year, I sent a message about specs on a ball that under quantity, it stated "10 available".  Their response a couple days later was, "Not sure about the specs as once an order is placed, we then contact our supplier to get the ball so it can be shipped".  It may have been wholesalebowler but not too positive.

But, the main issue, was that they were trying to sell something they didn't even have in their possession. Sounds like it is the same issue you all are having; someone trying to sell items they don't have in hopes that when a sale is made, that their suppliers will have it in stock to send to them so they can ship it.  That pretty ridiculous from where I sit.

Luckily paypal does the "pay after delivery", which holds the money for two weeks. They suspended his payment after I filed a claim after 12 days! They of course had to investigate and he never replied to my messages and never replied to paypal or ebay and I won the claim! Just beware of Wholesale Bowler and his ebay user name!!
Here's what paypal said, "US $75.00 has been refunded by wbi2009"!

The problem that i've had with wholesalebowler is the communication.  I can deal with excuse after excuse, as long as there is communication.  When I initially ordered from him, and if he told me within a reasonable amount of time that one of the items were backordered/unavailable, I would be ok with that, because I was informed about it.  Not wait for weeks/months to respond to emails, and after a PayPal dispute made by me, then respond.  Then when I respond back, no response again.
batbowler, I'm glad you guys came to some kind agreement and things are now worked out.
