I will put my $0.02 in here after reading all of this.
I will admit that I made a mistake and not all of the notes were making it into our system. I have corrected this situation, so that may have started JJ's bad experience. Contact us and we will of course make it correct.
As most people on this board will attest, we normally do a great job with specs, especially when we do the shipping out of FL. We obviously drop ship some products and those specs are normally met as well. Again, I made a mistake with the notes section that has been fixed.
VIXIV, I am the one that told you of the mistake in addresses. That also was a drop shipment, and unfortunately they hand type in addresses and miskeyed your house number. I am confused by the Castrol box...
Gotta cut costs somewhere I guess.
I love the feedback that we get, and am sorry to the people here that say they won't buy from us. I understand if you had a bad experience that you wouldn't want to... Just would like you to know that we are available and would love a chance to re-earn your trust and business.
I will admit when I make a mistake, because lying about it doesn't make it better. I am sorry for those that entered specs that we didn't receive. It's hard for the warehouse to match the specs if they aren't there to begin with.
