I was looking for a C-System 3.5 and my local supplier only had a ball with a 2 inch pin. I didn't want to use a 3.5 with a 2 inch pin so I figured I'd give Alex from Blockbuster Bowling a call.
Alex was on his way to the warehouse when I contacted him so he told me he'd call me back once he got there. He called me once there and went over to where the C-Systems were and started pulling boxes until he found the numbers I was looking for. I ws looking for a pin about 3 inches or more and 3 oz top or more. He found me a ball with 3 1/4 pin and 3.1 oz of top. Perfect.
I really appreciate the time and effort he spent making sure I got the ball and specs I wanted. GREAT customer service.

Oh yes, Nicanor. I just ordered a 505A and Black Magic Rejuvenator. I ordered from Alex on Monday and the goods were delivered to my door yesterday, Wednesday. Two-day turnaround and I get the specs I want. You can't beat that.
Blockbusterbowling is one of the best in the business. Buddies is not bad but in California, Blockbuster has no equal.

I've put quite a few orders into Blockbuster over the past couple seasons. Service is outstanding, and their inventory is pretty hard to beat too. I've never ordered something from the website that they didn't have. Alex has been really good about emailing with a question if they have it. Highly recommended.

Received my stuff on Friday which isn't bad since coming from Calif. The box looked like it had been through World War III holes in the box and taped up. But all the contents was there so I give them a A Plus. It wasn't their fault on the way the box arrived. Will be ordering from them again.
