Title: Blockbusterbowling.com - Placed Order & Updates

Hey everyone, just purchased some supplies from www.blockbusterbowling.com

I have previously ordered from Buddies and Bowlers Paradise so I wanted to see what type of service I would get from them.

I'll let you know when my order comes in and what type of Customer Service I might encounter.

So far, I have received an email confirmation of order.
Date of order: Monday, September 26, 2005

I've ordered from them a few times with no problems; sometimes their prices are lower than Buddies. Since they're in the West, and I'm in the East with Buddies, delivery is like 1 day away when I use Buddies. Quicker gratification!

Thanks for the reply charlest. It's always good to hear someone else's experiences with online shopping. Since blockbusterbowling is in the west, I'm hoping for a quicker delivery of the order =) (*crossing fingers*) I'll keep you guys updated...

I've ordered from Block Buster a number of times and their service is second to none as far as I am concerned. For example, on one order they were out of a product I ordered so they notified me and said they would send me the more expensive product if I wanted and would do it for the same price as the cheaper product. Of coarse I accepted their offer.

Ok guys, here's the update...

9/26/05 Evening - Place order on Blockbusterbowling.com website
9/27/05 - Receive email telling me that items will be shipped out Weds 9/28/05
9/28/05 - Check tracking # on Fed Ex and items scheduled to arrive Thurs 9/29/05
9/29/05 - Receive items at my door!

This is awesome. Since I'm on the West Coast and Blockbuster operates out of the West coast like someone else mentioned here, I got my stuff pretty fast. I'm very satisfied with this transaction and the turnaround was the quickest I've ever dealt with.
