I received the following e-mail in personal reply to this original post. I wanted to share it (and my reply) to show those who might be considering doing business with Buddies Pro Shop how they always seem to go the extra mile. What other business do you know would take the time to contact a customer, on a holiday weekend (Sunday no less), to follow up on a message left on the web. I totally trust Buddies as a professional, prompt, courteous, expert pro shop and recommend them to any and all!

Thank you for your reply. As I said in my post; it has no effect on the performance of the ball or I would not have hesitated in talking to you about it. I know from all the other posts, and from my own dealings with Buddies, you always try to satisfy your customers and go the extra mile. I hope my post did not sound negative. I sincerely mean that I will do business with Buddies in the future...with confidence!
