After a painful experience with Wholesalebowler.com(which I posted in another topic), I decided to try bowlersdeals.com at the recommendation of another forum member. I contacted Neil in regards to shipping cost for various items,and I was hooked up with a free shipping code. The shipping cost is because the cost to ship things to Hawaii is quite costly. I was kind of gun-shy after my last experience with an online purchase, and after a couple of promptly answered emails, I made a purchase of a ball. I was immediately sent a confirmation email with a tracking number after the purchase. One week later, the ball arrived!
