I just ordered a closeout ball from them with specifications. I fully expected them to come back and say something like, "due to the limited supplies we only have balls with these specs." But they not only had exactly what I wanted, they shipped it the very next day, and sent me the UPS Tracking number. The precise ball was here the day after.

While this is the first order I have placed with them, their behavior throughout the entire process was in a league with great places, like Buddies. It's hard to tell how really good a place is until something goes wrong. Until then, I feel BowlerX has earned an initial degree of trust. I will have no qualms about ordering from them.
