Title: Bowling.com
Post by: ashbowl300 on October 19, 2004, 04:27:27 AM
What sort of experience has anyone had with Bowling.com?  They carry a ball I want.  When I compared prices they were higher than others but they say they don't charge shipping like the others.  Once I figured that in they were priced lower, but I am still nervous about purchasing.  Can anyone help?

I would also check buddieproshop.com as they are cheaper on most all balls and they do charge shipping but it can be very cheap depending on where you live a 15# ball for me only costs 8$ for shipping from buddies and they are very reputable.

I should just quit bowling, oh wait I already tried that.

My price for the same two items at buddies is $272.77 which is just as low as blockbusters just to let you know, like I said may be a few dollars more form certain areas I think they ship from diff locations.

Do you know what kind of customer service Bowling.com has?  And how long will it take to get my order?

I have used them, about a year ago. I was very pleased with the service, they told me when my bag was shipped, tracking #, very good customer service. Shipped my bag from TX. It took about 3 days, again, depends on where you live, free shipping but higher prices sometimes are the best, sometimes not. I can sell items to folks in my area and deliver to them, no shipping. Others I have to charge shipping, so it depends on where you live.
