Bowling.com = Bowlingball.com ?????
« on: September 18, 2013, 05:41:13 PM »
So what is the deal with these two websites? Are they one in the same or just have an agreement together?

Reason I make this query is I ordered a new pair of shoes from bowling.com

All the emails and everything comes from them and they show up (super fast, ordered tuesday morning got here today at lunch). The box however is addressed to me as expected, but is listed as shipped from BowlingBall.com (I can provide a picture if you doubt me).

Inside my packing slip had bowling.com on it.

I have no problems, not upset, and if anything super pleased at the shipping speed and packaging, wouldn't hesitate to do business again with them, but am just curious if this is always the case and if so that i'll just go to bowlingball.com if they are slightly cheaper instead of bowling.com

Sounds like whoever drop shipped the order used the wrong FedEx or UPS account, thus the wrong return address.

bowlingball.com also has 2 or 3 user names on ebay that sell large quantities on ebay. bowlingball.com is one of them.

Some times people will go off of a name. So if you had, or heard something bad about one and go to the other and love it, little do you know it is all the same.
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.

Hi themagician,

We came across your post and wanted to clear the air.  Bowling.com is associated with BallReviews.com, but not BowlingBall.com.  Bowling.com is also associated with another website, BowlingBallSales.com (again, not BowlingBall.com), so sometimes our packages list BowlingBallSales.com in the return address.  Is this what you saw on your package?  If not, then can you please contact us at 1-800-441-2695 or helpdept@bowling.com as we would like to get more information from you.

Thanks,
Ashley
