Are these sites owned/controlled by the same group?  They have the exact same stocks and site layout.

Yes they are. Also, they run bowlingballsales.com.

Same company, different prices?

I noticed Cherry Vibe is $75 shipped from one site and $71 + shipping from the other.

Same with the BW Pearl - $116 + shipping from one and $120 shipped from the other.  I think bowling.com is the one with better pricing.

I know for a while a lot of smaller sites were some sort of partnership with bowlersparadise.com.

Edit:  Didn't see K-dawg's post - bowlingballsales.com seems to have even better prices!

That's why I think bowling.com gets more action.  Why?  Dunno.

Classic Bowling Products is who supplies them.
I am not sure if they own it or what the story is, but they are in a business relationship with them as Classic ships from their warehouses in Indiana, Texas and Florida.

I wonder what the pro shops that buy from them think about it.

I hate it as the prices listed on those sites is better then classics "platnium" pricing, which means even if i spend 20k a year at classic my "best pricing" is still less then their prices.  At one point i defended classic, until I started to buy from them, from dealer to platnium pricing, the difference is small, expecially for the amount of sales they expect you to do with them, my 2 cents is all that is

0n edit, the 4 online shops listed on the home page here on the left side, are all owned by the same people, the people who own this site
